Capes are 17" X 12". Recommend 100% cotton, washable fabric. Cape is fastened to chair with  5" elastic corner bands that slip over handles. Sized for standard 18" wide chairs.

Cuffs are 8 1/2" X 5". Recommend 100% cotton, washable fabric. Cuffs are fastened to chair armrests  by velcro strips below  chair armpad. One size fits all standard chairs.
